Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the department manager in achieving sales and profit goals by monitoring inventory, controlling costs, and promoting products.
  • Stay current with product knowledge, including ingredients, nutritional information, and preparation methods.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time to meet deadlines.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and support a positive work environment.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Requirements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Current food handlers permit required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous retail or food service experience.
  • Knowledge of basic math and cash handling procedures.
  • Ability to speak multiple languages.
