Job Summary

This position involves coordinating and delivering high-quality patient-centered care in collaboration with medical providers. The successful candidate will provide pre-operative and post-operative nursing care, ensuring that patients receive the best possible treatment and support throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, assessing patients' needs and developing individualized care plans.
  • Collaborate with medical providers to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

  • A valid RN license in the State of Texas or Compact State.
  • BCLS certification and current ACLS certification (with the option to obtain within six months for new graduates).
  • An Associate's degree or BSN in Nursing.
