Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Center Supervisor to join our team at Eden Autism Services. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to provide training and supervision of center staff, oversee daily operations, and maintain effective communication with parents, staff, and regulatory agencies.

About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and training staff, assigning and monitoring mentors for new staff, and initiating disciplinary actions as necessary. They will also be expected to create and implement daily and weekly schedules, assign individuals to teaching staff, and maintain individualized health plans (IHPs) and progress reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversight of daily operations, including creation and implementation of residential schedules and ensuring adequate staff coverage.
  • Medication administration and documentation, behavior support plan implementation, and participant file maintenance.
  • Scheduling medical and dental appointments, reporting residential and participant budget-related activities, and completing behavioral, clinical, financial, medical, and facilities paperwork.
  • Time off record maintenance, participation in medication check-ins, and performance of light facility-based maintenance duties.

Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with an associate's degree in Social Services or a related field being preferred. A minimum of three years of direct care work experience, preferably with developmentally disabled individuals, is required, along with one year of supervisory experience. Fee-for-service/Therap certification is a plus, and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record is essential.
