Job Summary:

Nationwide Children's Hospital is seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist Leader to join our team. As a key member of our Radiology Department, you will be responsible for maintaining the overall functionality of our general Radiology sections, including staffing, productivity, and quality of patient care.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the overall functionality of the general Radiology sections at the offsite facilities.
  • Collaborate with site directors and managers to recommend and implement changes in operations and procedures within the site.
  • Interviews and hires new employees; Mentors, coaches, educates, and evaluates staff; Provides discipline and dismissal of employees, when necessary.
  • Maintain quality control and assurance; planning, collecting, and preparing continuous quality improvement information.
  • Monitors sections organization, supplies and budgetary expenses.

Requirements:

  • Must be a graduate of an accredited educational program for Radiologic Technology.
  • ARRT License required (Active Status).
  • Current OD License required.
  • Current CPR Certification required.
  • Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in Radiologic Sciences, preferably in the pediatric setting.
