Job Summary

This is a part-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) position providing short homecare visits to patients in the Waterbury area. As a LPN on our team, you will be responsible for performing skilled nursing functions under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.

About the Role

You will work closely with our patients to understand their needs and preferences. Your goal will be to deliver high-quality care that meets or exceeds their expectations. You will also work collaboratively with our team of healthcare professionals to ensure seamless transitions and optimal outcomes.

Requirements

  • Current LPN license as required by state
  • 1 year of experience in an acute care or equivalent setting
  • CPR certification with American Heart Association or America Red Cross
  • Positive attitude
  • Dedication to quality patient care
  • Strong communication skills
  • Reliable transportation to perform job duties
