Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Server/Bartender to join our team As a key member of our hospitality crew, you'll provide exceptional service to our guests, ensuring they have an unforgettable experience from start to finish.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and present menus with a smile
  • Check IDs to ensure our patrons meet the legal drinking age
  • Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including craft cocktails
  • Take orders and deliver food and drinks with a personal touch
  • Assess customer needs and preferences, making informed recommendations
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar and dining area
  • Provide warm and welcoming service throughout the guest's visit
  • Support customers with gaming assistance when needed
  • Assist with restocking supplies, bussing tables, and turning over dining spaces quickly
  • Comply with all food, beverage, and safety regulations

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a bartender and/or server preferred, but a willingness to learn is valued
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to mix, garnish, and serve drinks with a positive attitude and excellent communication
  • A team player with strong customer service skills
  • Ability to maintain a clean and efficient work environment
  • Ability to assist with gaming operations when needed

Compensation
