At Jewish Association Serving the Aging, we are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team. This dynamic individual will be responsible for providing comprehensive care to older adults with mental health needs.

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a compassionate and detail-oriented nurse to work in a fast-paced environment. As a Registered Nurse on our ACT team, you will conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs, develop individualized care plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based interventions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health needs and develop individualized care plans.
  • Collaborate with the ACT Team to deliver evidence-based nursing interventions and treatments.
  • Monitor and administer psychiatric medications, ensuring compliance and addressing any side effects.
  • Provide education and support to clients and their families on mental health issues, treatment options, and wellness strategies.
  • Participate in crisis intervention and de-escalation as needed, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $**$83,000 - $107,000 per year**, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) plan, and paid time off.
