Job Overview

Premier Nashville is seeking a skilled Generator Service Technician to join our team. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing generators and other equipment for our customers.


The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and a proven track record of resolving complex technical issues. You will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and communication
  • Performing routine maintenance and repairs on generators and other equipment
  • Identifying and resolving technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Collaborating with the installation team to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a service or maintenance role
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of generator systems
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
