Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Member Frontline Cashier Associate to join our team at Sam's Club. As a key member of our front-end team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a positive and welcoming attitude, greeting and thanking members as they enter and exit the store.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by acknowledging members, identifying their needs, and assisting with purchasing decisions.
  • Process member purchases accurately and efficiently, utilizing registers or self-checkout areas as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the front-end area, by zoning and arranging merchandise, and ensuring a safe and secure shopping experience.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple tasks and responsibilities while maintaining a high level of productivity and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and objectives, and contribute to a positive and supportive team culture.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with members, colleagues, and management.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
