Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Speech Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow to join our team at Soliant Health. As a Clinical Fellow, you will work under the supervision of experienced Speech Language Pathologists to provide diagnostic and therapeutic services to children and adults with speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify communication and swallowing disorders in clients.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.
  • Provide high-quality therapy services to clients in individual and group settings, promoting effective communication and swallowing skills.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, caregivers, and families to ensure seamless communication and treatment outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
