Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Rehabilitation Specialist in Occupational Therapy to join our team at Protouch Staffing. As an Occupational Therapist, you will conduct initial and periodic assessments, establish treatment plans, participate in care planning, and oversee rehabilitation exercises.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conducts initial and periodic occupational therapy assessments to determine care needs and goals.
  • Participates in care planning and updates the team regarding changes in participants' condition or medical status.
  • Oversees skilled and therapeutic exercises in the Rehabilitation Gym, ensuring therapy conforms to accepted industry practice standards.
Qualifications
  • Graduate of an Occupational Therapy program accredited by the American Occupational Therapy Association.
  • Valid and current California Occupational Therapy license in good standing.
  • Minimum two years clinical experience with adults as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Current BLS certification.
  • Fluency in Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin) is required.
Benefits

Our competitive salary package includes all standard benefits. The estimated annual salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
