Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant with strong expertise in risk management to join our team at TI Communities.

This critical role will ensure seamless operations and manage risk processes from start to finish, with a focus on providing comprehensive administrative support, preparing high-quality documents, and organizing and maintaining filing systems.

The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite at an expert level.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Administrative Excellence:
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating team communications.
  • Prepare high-quality documents, reports, and presentations with a focus on detail and accuracy.
  • Organize and maintain filing systems to ensure efficient retrieval and secure record-keeping.
Risk Management Leadership:
  • Take full ownership of the risk management process, including incident reporting, claims handling, litigation support, and overall risk assessments.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to address and mitigate risk concerns, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
  • Monitor compliance with risk policies and ensure adherence to organizational and regulatory standards.
Communication Mastery:
  • Showcase impeccable written communication in all internal and external correspondence.
  • Leverage expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite to create professional documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
  • Effectively communicate risk-related information across all levels of the organization.
Critical and Analytical Thinking:
  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis to support risk mitigation strategies.
  • Continuously evaluate and enhance risk management policies and procedures based on findings and best practices.
  • Demonstrate a proactive, problem-solving approach to identify potential risks before they become issues.
Project Ownership:
  • Lead or assist in various projects as assigned, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Maintain project documentation, tracking key milestones, and delivering regular updates to relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications include:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite at an expert level.
  • Proven ability to manage risk-related processes, including claims, incident reporting, and litigation support.
  • Critical thinking and analytical abilities to evaluate and solve complex problems.
  • Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
