Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Health Center at Franklin Park. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality clinical care to our residents, promoting their physical, mental, and social well-being.
Responsibilities- Conduct resident assessments, develop care plans, and implement interventions to ensure optimal care.
- Collaborate with residents, families, and staff to provide comprehensive care and support.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident outcomes and satisfaction.
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication.
- Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current Colorado or compact state RN license.
- New graduates are encouraged to apply.
- A positive, team-focused, and inclusive work environment.
- Competitive hourly rate starting at $39-$45/hr based on experience.
- Additional shift differential and Holiday Pay.
