With 14 locations across Florida, Texas, Arizona, Alabama, South Carolina, and Nevada, and three more under development, we are embarking on an epic expansion journey. We're seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team and help create unforgettable moments for our guests.
The RoleWe're looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals to welcome guests, explain our venue, and ensure they have an exceptional experience. As a Golf Course Host, you will be responsible for:
- Welcoming guests and acquainting them with our property
- Explaining our venue, checking guests in, equipping them with tools to play, and answering questions
- Serving beverages and ice cream at the golf counter, as well as assisting guests with retail purchases
- Maintaining our fully stocked golf shop and ensuring the cleanliness of all golf courses and shop areas
- Answering phone calls and inquiries regarding our venue, pricing, and other golf-related information in a professional and courteous manner
- Handling cash and credit transactions accurately, balancing cash drawers, and maintaining security protocols
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Previous experience in guest service, retail, or hospitality in a high-volume environment
- Availability to work weekends and holidays
- Accuracy when using our POS system
- Excellent communication and guest service skills
- A strong team focus
- Preference: Must be of legal age to serve alcohol
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods, lift and carry up to 30 lbs, and work in both indoor and outdoor environments
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $9 with earning potential up to $40 per hour, making this an exciting opportunity to join the fastest-growing hospitality brand in the U.S. entertainment space.
