We are seeking a skilled and compassionate LPN/LVN to join our team as a per diem home health nurse in Livingston, Texas.

Earn an Estimated $40 - $45 Per Visit: As a home health prn LVN, you will have the opportunity to earn a competitive hourly rate of $40 - $45 per visit. Our flexible scheduling ensures that you can balance your work and personal life while delivering top-notch care to our patients.

About the Role:

  • Nursing Visits: You will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing visits to our patients, following the treatment plan prescribed by the physician and maintaining accurate medical records.
  • Flexibility: As a per diem nurse, you will enjoy flexibility in your schedule, with opportunities to work 2-3 days per week. This allows you to balance your work and personal life while making a meaningful impact on our patients' lives.

Requirements:

  • Clinical Experience: You must have at least one year of clinical experience and one year of home health experience. Your expertise will enable you to provide exceptional care to our patients.
  • Licensure and Certification: You must be a licensed driver who can travel to all business locations and possess valid CPR certification. A graduate of an accredited practical or vocational nursing program is also required.
