We are seeking a highly skilled Research Scientist to join our team at Taghleef Industries. As a key member of our R&D department, you will be responsible for conducting experiments, testing materials, and analyzing results to support product development and technical service.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in chemistry or a related field, with a minimum of three years of experience in a laboratory setting. Excellent communication and analytical skills are essential for this role, as you will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and improve processes.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct experiments and tests to evaluate the properties and performance of various materials
- Analyze data and results to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with research engineers and other stakeholders to develop new products and processes
- Communicate complex technical information to non-technical audiences
- Bachelor's degree in chemistry or a related field
- Minimum three years of laboratory experience
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Able to learn and perform a variety of operations and test procedures
We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
