About this Role

This position features a rotational four-day work week to fit every schedule and enjoy a healthier balance between work and life.

The estimated annual salary for this role is $95,000 - $145,000, which includes a base salary of $45,000 plus uncapped commission potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers through the entire vehicle buying process after completing our Sales Training Program.
  • Educate customers on financial products and financing options.
  • Maintain unit average and meet minimum performance requirements.
Requirements
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • High level of detail orientation and accuracy.
  • Proven experience working within a team environment.
  • Familiarity with using Microsoft Office and other computer programs as needed.
