Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Development Manager to join our team at Communities Unlimited, Inc.

About the Role

The Talent Development Manager will lead and direct the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department, including hiring, interviewing, and onboarding new staff members. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the highest level of confidentiality with all information obtained
  • Maintain organization's compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices
  • Responsible for fully implementing Affirmative Action regulations, documentation, and annual reporting
  • Serve as organization's liaison with ADP in coordination with CFO, who is responsible for all payroll and benefits matters
Requirements

A Bachelor's degree is required, with an emphasis in management, human resource development, or a related field. A PHR certification by the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) or higher is preferred. The ideal candidate will have at least four years of experience in human resource management, with demonstrated proficiency in ADP Workforce Now and Microsoft Office 365.

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $74,000-$76,000 per year, plus additional benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.

Computer, internet, smartphone, web-based databases, Microsoft Office suite, and ADP Workforce Now are required. Additional software may be used for project-related activities.
