We are seeking an experienced Mobile Occupational Therapist to join our team in Medford, Oregon. As a mobile occupational therapist, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients and provide hands-on therapy to help them regain independence and functionality.

About the Job

The ideal candidate will possess a current state or equivalent compact license. This is a travel job that requires 5x8 days, 06:00:00-14:00:00, 8.00-5 position in the OT department.

You will be working as an independent contractor, providing therapy services to patients in their homes or other settings. The role involves assessing patients' needs, developing treatment plans, and implementing interventions to promote functional ability and independence.

To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You should also be able to pass background/urine drug screening.

Requirements

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • Current Resume.
  • Nursing License per state.
  • Current BLS and/or ACLS and/or Specialty Certifications.
  • 2 current leadership references.
