Job Title: ETL Data Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking an ETL Data Analyst to join our team at Educology Solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing research and requirement analysis, creating and designing mapping documents, and presenting findings to team members, clients, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop program specifications and mapping documents
  • Perform analysis on data to understand transformation requirements
  • Work with ETL/Reporting/Conversion staff to ensure code meets business requirements
  • Test interfaces/reports to ensure requirements are met

Requirements:

  • Healthcare/business knowledge in areas such as member, eligibility, TPL, claims processing, provider, pharmacy claims
  • Good oral/written communication skills
  • Ability to quickly grasp new concepts, procedures, and technologies

Preferred Skills:

  • TMSIS working knowledge
  • Good/excellent SQL skills
  • Data mapping experience
  • Conversion/interface/reporting experience
  • QNXT/schema knowledge

About the Role:

This is a remote work opportunity that requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The successful candidate will be able to develop program specifications and mapping documents, perform analysis on data, and work with ETL/Reporting/Conversion staff to ensure code meets business requirements.
