Salary and Benefits

We offer a highly competitive salary range of $95,000 - $125,000 per year, with opportunities for bonus pay. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including great health insurance, generous paid time off, flexibility in hours, and a 401(k) plan with an annual contribution of 2-3%.

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Physiatry Clinician to join our team as a rehab consultant. In this role, you will work closely with the post-acute therapy team to optimize rehabilitative outcomes and promote patient independence. You will be responsible for providing specialized Physiatry/PM&R services, representing CRC in your facility through strong clinical leadership and collaboration, and managing conditions common in SNFs such as CVA, progressive neurological conditions, and postoperative orthopedic surgeries.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a passion for post-acute healthcare and serving the geriatric population, SNF or post-acute experience preferred, confidence to function autonomously, and a desire for continuous improvement and the ability to embrace change and growth. You will also need to have strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and compassion, as well as a desire to invest in our company culture.

You must hold a Nurse Practitioner/APRN/Physician Assistant License, Massachusetts License, and be able to work in the U.S. Experience in the post-acute space is preferred, but not required.

Bonus Pay and Flexible Schedule

This full-time position offers a flexible 4-day work week with flexible days (between Monday – Friday), specific days can be selected during on-boarding. Additionally, you will receive bonus pay for meeting performance goals and contributing to the success of our team.
