Job Summary

The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to acquire and retain clients. This role will involve learning the sales process, generating leads, and building relationships with clients to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire and retain clients
  • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and other means
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to drive revenue growth
  • Work closely with the Director of Sales to ensure tasks and assignments are executed and meet all company and safety requirements
  • Ensure client-defined service levels are maintained and regularly exceeded
Requirements
  • Ability to consistently make multiple cold calls on the phone or in person daily
  • Ability to articulate and manage multiple assignments
  • Able to prioritize quickly changing requirements regularly
  • Ability to work on a variety of tasks simultaneously to ensure all requirements are completed in a timely manner
  • Ability to present to small or large groups in a confident manner
Preferred Qualifications
  • Excellent communication, both oral and written
  • Experience and aptitude toward exceptional client service
  • Advanced skills with computer applications (Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.)
  • Ability to multi-task while ensuring follow up and execution of required tasks
  • High degree of organization and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
