Job DescriptionWe are seeking a board-certified Neonatologist Medical Director to join our collaborative care team at two NICUs in the north Denver area within the Centura Health System. As a Medical Director, you will lead a dedicated team of allied health providers (NNPs/NICU PAs) and be part of a larger care team within the state of CO where quality improvement and evidence-based practice are at the forefront.

To be considered for this position, you must have:
- Board certification in Neonatology.
- At least 5 years of experience in neonatal medicine, preferably in a leadership role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and improving patient outcomes.
