Caregiver Role for Individuals with Intellectual Disabilities

About the Role:
The Caregiver will assist individuals with their personal hygiene needs while also supporting those who may have complex needs such as behavioral challenges. This role requires compassion, patience, and a genuine interest in helping others thrive.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Support individuals with developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition
- Encourage participation in community activities and hobbies
- Develop meaningful relationships with the individuals served
What You'll Bring:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
- Patient, compassionate, reliable, and responsible behavior
- A valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
Salary and Benefits:
We offer competitive pay, including $38,000-$42,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Our benefits package includes paid time off, holiday pay, and a 401(k) plan with a 3% company match.
