Job Summary

CoreTechs Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Program Director to lead our team in planning, directing, and coordinating activities in various fields. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing projects, making detailed plans, and directing the integration of technical activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Coordination: Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely completion and effective resource allocation.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, assign, direct, and evaluate the work of team members, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management: Present proposals, reports, and findings to clients, stakeholders, and senior management, ensuring clear and effective communication.
  • Analysis and Feasibility: Analyze technology, resource needs, and market demand to plan and assess the feasibility of projects.
  • Contract Review and Approval: Review and recommend or approve contracts and cost estimates, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Certifications: PMI or PMP certification preferred.
  • Experience: 5-7 years' experience in project management, operations coordination, or a related field.
  • Skills: Verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.
Working Conditions

This role requires a high level of autonomy, with the ability to work independently and manage one's time effectively. The ideal candidate will be experienced and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with excellent communication, facilitation, and collaboration skills.
