This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Dish Network Technician - Smart Home Solutions Specialist. As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining DISH's cutting-edge TV and smart home systems in customers' homes.

• Install and configure DISH TV and smart home systems, ensuring seamless connectivity and optimal performance.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with customers to identify and recommend customized solutions that meet their unique needs and preferences.
• Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and customer interactions, using industry-standard tools and software.

• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• The ability to work at heights, lift heavy equipment, and navigate varied weather conditions.
