We are seeking a highly skilled Radiology Technician to join our team at Agile Occupational Medicine on a temporary basis. This role involves performing x-ray exams as directed by physicians, adhering to established radiation safety guidelines, and producing high-quality x-ray films for interpretation.
Responsibilities- Perform x-ray exams according to physician directives
- Maintain patient and equipment safety during procedures
- Produce high-quality x-ray images for medical interpretation
- Familiarize yourself with standard operating procedures for x-ray exams
- Prepare examination rooms and equipment for x-ray procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of x-ray equipment and supplies
- Assist patients with basic care duties, such as taking vital signs and medical histories
- Collaborate with physicians to provide patient care and treatment
- Document patient records accurately
- Limited X-Ray Technician certification from an accredited program
- Experience working in a healthcare setting, preferably in occupational medicine
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and ability to follow protocols
- Possess good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
Compensation: $32-$37 hourly rate based on skills, experience, and location.
