Senior Oracle Hyperion Implementation Specialist Position

We are seeking an experienced Senior Oracle Hyperion Implementation Specialist to join our team at Simple Solutions. As a seasoned professional, you will play a crucial role in implementing and optimizing Oracle Hyperion solutions for our clients.


Job Overview

This is a techno-functional hybrid role that requires strong technical knowledge of Oracle Hyperion as well as excellent business acumen. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining complex financial systems, ensuring seamless integration with SAP H4/Hanna Accounting System and Workday HR platforms.


Key Responsibilities
  • Implementing Oracle Hyperion solutions, including interfacing with SAP H4/Hanna Accounting System and Workday HR platforms.
  • Developing and maintaining process development practices to efficiently forecast indirect budgets and new orders by elements of cost in Hyperion.
  • Providing expert guidance on CAS/GAP accounting rules and unique accounting requirements associated with government contracts, including FAR/DFAR requirements.
  • Analyzing inputs to formulate indirect rates and assisting with building FPRP templates for submittal to DCMA/DCAA.
  • Handling capital, facilities, and IT operating expenses within Hyperion, formulating depreciation schedules that flow into indirect rates.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Proven experience in implementing Oracle Hyperion solutions, with a strong understanding of its technical capabilities.
  • Excellent business acumen, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as finance or accounting.

Estimated Salary

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, based on industry standards and market conditions.
