We are seeking a highly skilled recruiter to join our team at Autism Care Partners, specializing in early intervention professionals in New York. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about making a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families.

Autism Care Partners is a partnership of behavioral health practices dedicated to improving the standard of care for individuals with developmental delays and their families. Our mission is to empower families to reach their potential through early diagnosis and exceptional, innovative care.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 10 paid holidays, and 11 PTO days in the first year, 401k with company match, and company-paid short-term and long-term disability coverage.

Job Description

This recruiter will be responsible for collaborating with hiring managers to identify and develop a diverse talent pipeline aligned with the ACP mission, vision, values, and workplace culture. Key responsibilities include:

  • Full-cycle recruitment of all potential candidates, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, developing, and negotiating offers up to obtaining HR clearance.
  • Collaboration with People Operations to ensure candidates have a positive experience through the recruiting/onboarding process.
  • Developing and executing a sourcing strategy using a combination of talent branding, external search, postings, direct sourcing, social media, internal talent mining, identifying new talent pools, and other relevant methods.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, but not required.
  • New York Early Intervention Recruiting Experience Preferred.
  • New York Early Intervention Experience Required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate with all levels of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated success in a competitive talent market with a strong focus on diversity and expertise in sourcing techniques in social media, direct recruiting, and other recruiting strategies.
  • Excellent organizational skills, ability to track multiple projects/tasks, and follow through as needed.
  • Strong time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced environment.
  • Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively as part of a team member as well as perform independently.
