Seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to drive the growth of our Software as a Service (SaaS) products in the cannabis industry. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional to join a innovative fintech company, POSaBIT Inc.

We are a growth-stage fintech company based in the Greater Seattle Area, innovating the cannabis industry with software solutions for point-of-sale and payments. Our platform ensures compliance, enhances customer experiences, and optimizes operations for over 500 locations across the US.

Role Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a go-to-market sales strategy for our SaaS products, including point-of-sale systems and payment processing platforms.
  • Own sales metrics, delivering on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Execute the sales process: Cold calling, warm calling, lead follow-up, channel partner support and management, technology/software presentations and demonstrations, gaining agreement, good CRM hygiene, etc.
  • Communicate and collaborate with our founding team, working directly with our Chief Revenue Officer to build a robust funnel of opportunity, delivering accurate forecasts, and meeting monthly and quarterly objectives.
  • Be the voice of the customer, providing unique insights about customers in target markets and what's most important to them, so we can continue to deliver unique and meaningful value.
Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of relevant sales experience delivering results for a software or technology company (preferably SaaS and startup experience).
  • Ability to work remotely and independently.
  • Solution selling experience.
  • Superior listening and communication skills.
  • Ambition and aspiration to capitalize on a unique opportunity.
  • Comfortable being uncomfortable and willing to dive in to solve problems.
