About Your Team
Lovelace Regional Hospital offers 24/7 emergency services, intensive care, rehabilitation, surgical, and birthing services for the local community.

Your Responsibilities
This entry-level role requires providing basic patient care under the direction of nursing and medical staff.
You'll assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, eating, and other essential tasks.
You'll observe patients' progress and report their status to registered nurses or other medical staff.
You'll collect patients' vital signs and specimens for lab tests.
You'll provide basic transportation and housekeeping duties as needed.

Requirements
We require a high school diploma or equivalent.
BLS certification must be obtained within 30 days of hire or transfer into this position.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in phlebotomy or completion of a phlebotomy course is preferred.
Knowledge of medical terminology is also beneficial.
A minimum of one year's experience in acute or long-term care would be an asset.
Candidates working towards approved CNA, PCT, or paramedic (EMT-P) certification will also be considered.

Estimated Salary: $35,000 - $45,000 per year based on location and experience.
