Estimated Annual Salary: $129,700 - $244,400

Job Description:

This role provides direction to the F-22 Combined Test Force on second shift. Key responsibilities include:

  • Technical direction and oversight of daily flight line operations;
  • Interaction with Ops personnel, Ops schedulers, Ground Ops, Air Vehicle Systems, and Material Review Board Engineers;
  • Coordinates and integrates efforts of the 'purple' team, including Admin tasks such as performance appraisals, timekeeping, staffing & disciplinary actions;
  • Detailed planning, requirements management, risk management, and flight test maintenance operations management;
  • Oversees and directs maintenance activities associated with the management of flight test operations.

Requirements:

  • At least 15 years of professional experience in managing flight test or high tempo operational maintenance and logistics environments;
  • Experience with managing extensive aircraft modifications, including hardware and software modifications and checkouts;
  • Candidates should possess a broad military aircraft support background and advanced interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Prior United States Air Force or civilian equivalent operational maintenance & logistics experience highly desirable;
  • Ability to effectively communicate with customers, team partner companies, and local base authorities critical for success.
