Job Summary

Inland Mechanical Services Inc is a rapidly growing company seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients by troubleshooting and repairing their HVAC systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Excellent communication skills to interact with co-workers, clients, and vendors.
  • Leadership qualities to create scope of work and present proposals to clients.
  • Ability to read and comprehend mechanical plans.
  • Proficiency in electrical systems and troubleshooting including high voltage electrical, low voltage electrical, variable frequency drives, and building automation controls.
  • Proficiency in mechanical system troubleshooting including refrigeration cycles, chilled water systems, hot water systems, variable refrigerant flow, air distribution systems, and equipment larger than 50 tons.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in the HVAC industry.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
  • Trade school education preferred.
  • Clean driving record and valid driver's license.
  • EPA universal certification.

Estimated Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per year
