Job Description
We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented individual to fill this role. As an Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office by performing various administrative tasks. This includes reception duties, stocking office supplies, mail distribution, and ordering lunches for visitors and meetings. Additionally, you will provide administrative support to the HR Shared Service Center and coordinate employee engagement activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need strong interpersonal skills, adaptability, and the ability to multitask. Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook is also essential. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with an associate degree preferred. Fluency in English is necessary for effective communication.

Benefits
