Job Description:
  • This role involves overseeing a large sales team across the Americas, driving profitable growth in the Fire Suppression Products division.
  • You will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and enhancing team performance through training and coaching.
  • The ideal candidate should have extensive sales experience and strong leadership skills, with a proven track record in strategy implementation and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet regional revenue and profit targets.
  • Manage and grow sales through existing and new channels (contractors & resellers).
  • Build a high-performing team, fostering a performance-based culture and implementing coaching, development, and training programs.
  • Lead account planning and management initiatives to grow share in priority markets.
  • Utilize Salesforce CRM to monitor activity, pipeline health, and conversions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
  • 12+ years in global sales and marketing, including 5+ years leading teams.
  • Proven experience in strategy implementation and cross-functional collaboration within a matrixed environment.
  • Strong leadership, team-building, and relationship management skills.
  • Executive presence with the ability to influence and navigate complex stakeholder groups.

Estimated salary: $205,800 - $267,300 per year.
