Reliable Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Michael Foods Inc. in Gaylord, Minnesota. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for performing process and production maintenance duties throughout the facility.

The successful candidate will have 1+ years' experience in industrial operations, plant operations, maintenance, utilities and/or related field. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and basic math abilities are required.

Salary: $25/hour (dependent on experience)

This is a full-time position with a 6AM-6PM schedule, 2,2,3 shift pattern. • Respond efficiently to urgent production needs related to equipment breakdowns
• Read and understand diagrams, sketches, operation manuals, and manufacturer's specifications to repair mechanical equipment
• Maintain quality work practices and adhere to safety standards, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and food safety regulations
• Utilize CMMS to support the maintenance function, including review, execution, and documentation of scheduled/unscheduled work
• Detect and repair mechanical power transmission equipment issues, hydraulic and pneumatic system malfunctions, and other technical problems

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1+ years' experience in industrial operations, plant operations, maintenance, utilities and/or related field preferred
• Prior training and education in OSHA 10 Hour, HAZMAT, Arc Flash, LOTO, electrical systems, and fall protection preferred
