Executive Chef Specialist

At WINSTONS MARKET LLC, we are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cook/Baker to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent culinary skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

The Cook/Baker will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes, including soups, meats, vegetables, and desserts. Key responsibilities include:

• Preparing ingredients, following recipes, and cooking food to high standards
• Serving and delivering meals to customers in a timely and courteous manner
• Maintaining clean and safe food preparation areas and adhering to proper food handling practices
• Regulating oven temperatures and ensuring food is stored at the correct temperature
• Inspecting and rotating stock to ensure freshness and quality

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of experience in a commercial kitchen setting

This full-time position requires regular working hours from Monday to Friday, 6 AM - 2:30 PM. Occasional evening and weekend hours may be required to meet business needs.
