GardaWorld seeks a skilled WinTeam Operations Expert to lead its security operations team. As a critical member of the organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of WinTeam, optimizing its use to improve security processes and enhance data accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Requirements Gathering: Work closely with security stakeholders to understand their needs and develop effective solutions using WinTeam.
  • System Analysis: Continuously assess the current use of WinTeam, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance system performance and functionality.
  • Data Management: Oversee the management of system data specific to security operations, ensuring its accuracy and integrity within WinTeam.
  • Process Improvement: Lead efforts to analyze and improve existing security processes and workflows, leveraging WinTeam to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain security-specific reports and dashboards within WinTeam, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.
  • User Support: Provide high-quality support and training for WinTeam users, resolving issues and addressing queries in a timely manner.
  • Project Management: Contribute to the planning, execution, and delivery of projects related to the implementation or enhancement of WinTeam, focusing on meeting security operation requirements.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for processes, procedures, and system configurations related to WinTeam in the security industry.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with specific experience working with WinTeam in the security industry preferred.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in WinTeam and related systems, experience with data analysis and reporting tools, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) are a plus.
