Job Title: Industrialization Project Engineer
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Industrialization Project Engineer to join our team at Insight Global. As an Industrialization Project Engineer, you will work closely with our Industrialization Project Lead and other stakeholders to create and deliver work instructions for upgrades, installs, and service actions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interface with subject matter experts to compile information and generate effective work instructions
- Maximize synergy between upgrades, installs, and service by maintaining commonality of sequences and work instruction deliverables
- Assist in collecting data, performing data analysis, and preparing presentation of results for review
- Proactively align technical input from multiple SMEs to build concise, optimized, and safe work instructions
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Optical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Engineering Physics, Physics, Applied Physics, Mechanical Engineering, Data Analytics, or any other applicable STEM degree
- 1-2 years of experience interfacing with multiple internal stakeholders at a company with high-tech machinery
- 1-2 years of coordination and presentation experience
- Proficient with the MS office suite (Excel, MS project, etc.)
Compensation: $45-50/hour
