Customer Service Representative

Job Summary:
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for delivering cannabis products to customers in the Bay Area while providing exceptional customer service and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive and deliver products from The Apothecarium to customers in the Bay Area
- Obey all local, state and federal traffic and driving laws
- Address and resolve customer complaints; escalate service issues in an expedient manner
- Provide excellent customer service
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation
Requirements:
- Prior delivery experience (1 year)
- Prior customer service experience (1 year)
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Valid California Driver's License and clean driving record
- Working delivery automobile with insurance and valid registration
