Job Summary:

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for delivering cannabis products to customers in the Bay Area while providing exceptional customer service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive and deliver products from The Apothecarium to customers in the Bay Area
  • Obey all local, state and federal traffic and driving laws
  • Address and resolve customer complaints; escalate service issues in an expedient manner
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Maintain accurate delivery documentation

Requirements:

  • Prior delivery experience (1 year)
  • Prior customer service experience (1 year)
  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Valid California Driver's License and clean driving record
  • Working delivery automobile with insurance and valid registration
