About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Behavioral Health Clinician to join our team. As a key member of our behavioral health services, you will provide direct and indirect clinical services to children and adolescents in need of behavioral healthcare.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide flexible coverage as assigned to all services within Behavioral Health.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans, interventions, and disposition/discharge plans addressing both age-specific and substance abuse-specific issues.
  • Makes timely and appropriate referrals to least restrictive settings, demonstrating knowledge of levels of care and community resources.
  • Actively participates in team meetings and contributes to patient outcomes through effective communication with multidisciplinary teams.
Requirements
  • A minimum of a Master's degree in the Behavioral Health field is required.
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or equivalent is required.
  • Prior experience working in the Behavioral Health field, preferably in specific prospective service settings.
  • Knowledge of psychiatric disorders, abuse and neglect reporting mandates, community-based resources, and pre-authorization/billing processes is considered a plus.
