Portfolio Manager Assistant with Real Estate Expertise

**Key Responsibilities**
- Promote Atlas Culture and Values: Uphold our core values of Purpose First, Uplifting Humanity Through Real Estate, Good for You, Good for Me, Good for Everything, In Community, Make it Memorable, Simple, Empowered, Accountable, and raise your hand to leadership if you encounter possible violations of the law or Atlas policies.
- Field Support**: Provide support to Regional Directors and Portfolio Managers, including building and maintaining positive relationships with residents, vendors, owners, and coworkers, conducting field work, and using high-touch communication methods.
- Additional Duties**: Fulfill any additional duties assigned by the team, including continuing education for maintaining an active real estate license, creating marketing advertisements, lead response and showings, and working with a team and different departments to complete tasks.
**Requirements**
- 2+ years of property management experience
- Basic knowledge of local leasing agreements, regulatory issues, terms, etc.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and other basic office technology
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to problem solve
- Systems-oriented
- Strong organizational skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must pass background check
**What We Offer**
- Base Salary: $45,000 - $49,000/year depending on skills and experience
- 20% Annual Performance-Based Bonus paid out monthly based on KPIs
- $6,000 Yearly Stipend for business expenses
- Total Earning Potential: $60,000 - $64,800
