In this role, you will be responsible for providing anesthesia-related services to patients undergoing surgical procedures. You will work collaboratively with clinic management to establish the type and scope of anesthesia services required to meet patient needs. Your expertise will be utilized to select, prepare, and administer anesthetics, adjuvant drugs, accessory drugs, fluids, or blood products as needed.

Compensation
This position offers a competitive salary up to $360,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you will have access to a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Selecting, preparing, and administering anesthetics, adjuvant drugs, accessory drugs, fluids, or blood products as needed.
- Managing patients' airway or pulmonary status using techniques such as endotracheal intubation and extubating, mechanical ventilation, pharmacological support, and respiratory therapy.
- Developing anesthesia care plans and obtaining informed consent from patients for anesthesia procedures.
- Evaluating patients' post-surgical or post-anesthesia responses, taking appropriate corrective actions or requesting consultation if complications occur.
- Administering post-anesthesia medications or fluids to support patients' cardiovascular systems and discharging patients from post-anesthesia care.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must possess a minimum of 5 years of independent CRNA experience, previous leadership or management experience, and current certification through the National Board on Certification and Re-Certification of Nurse Anesthetists. You should also hold a current Minnesota Registered Nurse License and additional certifications such as BLS and ACLS. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this position.
