About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Patient Care Technician to join our team at DaVita. As a PCT, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our dialysis center.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including monitoring patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment
  • Measure and record vital signs, patient observations, and hemodialysis machine setup
  • Build long-term relationships with patients and educate them on kidney dialysis-related topics
  • Work collaboratively with a cross-functional team of clinicians, including nurses, dietitians, and social workers

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
