**Job Summary:**

Aerotek seeks a skilled maintenance professional to join our team. As a reliable and experienced maintenance specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facility.

**About the Role:**

This is a permanent position that requires a strong background in electromechanical systems and technical skills. You will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting equipment issues, and collaborating with other team members to achieve common goals.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Perform routine maintenance tasks on electromechanical systems, including repairs and replacements as needed
- Troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime and ensure efficient production
- Collaborate with other team members to share knowledge and best practices
- Participate in weekend coverage of the plant on a rotating basis with other maintenance workers
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and order parts as required
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and 6S practices throughout the facility

**Requirements:**

- 5-10 years' experience with electromechanical facility and production technical systems
- Experience working with blueprints and schematics
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Level II or III must have 10 or more years of experience, an electromechanical background, and system fault isolation to the element or discrete component repair

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance and technical skills, with excellent communication and teamwork abilities. This is a fully on-site position in Coxsackie, New York, and the selected candidate will be expected to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
