Covenant Medical Group, a leading healthcare provider in East Tennessee, is seeking an experienced LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) to join our New Horizon Medical Associates team. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will provide high-quality patient care in an outpatient setting, working closely with our attending providers and office manager to ensure seamless patient experiences.

Job Description
As an LPN II with Covenant Medical Group, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Assessing patient conditions, taking vital signs, and recording weight
- Assisting providers with examinations, diagnostic procedures, and treatments
- Administering medications according to provider orders and policy
- Orienting, instructing, and training assigned personnel
- Providing basic patient care as ordered
- Ensuring test results are relayed to patients in a timely manner
- Demonstrating sensitivity to patient comfort and privacy
- Documenting interventions, patient/family responses, and medication dispensed
- Promoting wellness through patient education and communication
- Triage patient phone calls and appointments
- Ensuring adequate supplies and equipment
- Monitoring accuracy of patient medical records
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- One year of experience as an LPN
- Current licensure as an LPN in the state of Tennessee
- American Heart Association BLS certification
