Palo Alto Networks is revolutionizing the cybersecurity landscape, and we're seeking a seasoned Cybersecurity Product Manager - AI/ML Expert to join our team.

About the Role

We're looking for an innovative and results-driven professional to own the product area of AIOps. As a Principal Product Manager, you will leverage advanced artificial intelligence and machine learning techniques to enhance, automate, and optimize IT operations processes for Prisma SASE customers.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, create product roadmaps, and manage product development from conception to launch. Your expertise in AI/ML, LLMs, and Generative AI technology will be invaluable in driving innovation to reduce mean time to detection and remediation for SASE customers.

Your Responsibilities
  • Own the product area of AIOps: Build a world-class detection and remediation framework for User Experience, Application Monitoring, and Observability
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Deliver high-quality products on time by working with engineering, data science, design, and marketing teams
  • Conduct market research and analysis: Identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences
  • Define and prioritize product features: Based on customer needs, market trends, and business goals
  • Communicate product vision and roadmap: To stakeholders and leadership team
Your Qualifications
  • BS/MS or equivalent experience: Required, with a strong background in networking domain and understanding of AI/ML concepts and technologies
  • 6+ years in product management: With a focus on end-user experience and data visualization tools and technologies
  • Strong technical skills: And analytical skills, as well as passion for driving enterprise networking & security
  • Very strong communication skills: Written and verbal, including presentation skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills: Leading and contributing to cross-functional teams
What We Offer

We offer a highly competitive salary of $166,000 - $268,500 per year, based on qualifications, experience, and work location. You will also receive restricted stock units and a bonus.
