Feldman Kramer & Monaco, P.C., a progressive law firm based in New York, seeks a detail-oriented Trusts Attorney to join its innovative team.

Overview

A highly motivated self-starter with 3 years of Wills and Estate experience is required to execute Will Contracts. The successful candidate will have strong writing skills, be comfortable with client contact, and possess a deep understanding of Trusts and Estate laws.

Compensation Package

The generous compensation package starts at $90,000 annually and includes medical benefits, 4 weeks' vacation after 5 years of employment, and a professional atmosphere with excellent comradery amongst colleagues.

Job Responsibilities

As a Trusts Attorney, you will advise clients on Trusts and Estate matters, prepare and draft legal documents, and interpret laws and regulations. You must have:

  • Detailed knowledge of Wills and Estate Laws
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical, logical reasoning, and research skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to keep client and Firm matters confidential

You must hold a Juris Doctor Degree plus admission to the state bar and have a minimum three years of experience working as an attorney in Wills and Estate Law.
