About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Landscape Specialist to join our team As a key member of our commercial landscape maintenance crew, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality and attention to detail in all aspects of your work. This includes, but is not limited to, mowing, raking, weeding, shearing, edging, and hand pruning.

Responsibilities

• ">
• Maintain job sites as instructed by Foreman, including duties such as mowing, raking, weeding, shearing, edging, and hand pruning.">
• Operate various equipment safely and efficiently, including 21" and 36" mowers, power hedge shears, power shears, backpack blower, and aerator.">
• Develop basic understanding of plant identification and apply it to maintain a high-quality landscape.">
• Perform basic hand pruning skills and operate all vehicles and equipment in accordance with Monarch Safety Policy.">
• Adhere to company dress code policy and inclement weather policy.">
• Assist with other duties as assigned by the Foreman or management.">

Requirements

• ">
• Commercial landscape experience preferred but not required.">
• Able to communicate effectively with Foreman and team members.">
• Valid driver's license issued from state of employment, preferred but not required.">
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required.">
• Ability to complete tasks assigned in a timely manner.">
• Strong commitment to high-quality work and customer service.">

The salary range for this position is approximately $19-$21 per hour, based on market conditions and candidate qualifications. Please note that salaries may vary depending on location and other factors.
