Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Culinary Trainee to join our team at Omni Hotels. As a Culinary Trainee, you will be responsible for providing high-quality food preparation and service in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain kitchen sanitation and adhere to health department guidelines
• Prepare and serve food to meet proper quantities and quality standards
• Learn and execute all menu items produced by assigned station
• Perform work assignments to meet production demands and deadlines
• Maintain safe food handling procedures at all times

Requirements

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including AM/PM shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to multi-task and work in a team environment
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds
